These terms apply when you use this website (cashtallo.com) or the Cash Counter: Money Calculator app for iPhone and Android. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

Cash Counter: Money Calculator helps you count cash: you enter how many of each note and coin you have, and it adds up the total. The website is free. The app is free to download, with optional paid features.

2. Please check important totals

The total is only as accurate as the numbers you enter. For important amounts, such as business takings or bank deposits, please double-check. Cash Counter: Money Calculator is a counting tool, not financial, accounting or tax advice.

3. Banknote and coin images

Images of notes and coins are shown at small size only to help you recognise them. Their designs belong to the banks and mints that issue them. Please don't use them to copy money.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

• Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and their terms also apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies.

5. Ads

The free version of the app shows ads from other companies. We are not responsible for what those ads offer. Our Privacy Policy explains how ads use information.

6. Fair use

Please don't misuse the website or app. For example, don't try to break or hack them, copy or resell them, or use them for anything illegal.

7. Our content

The Cash Counter: Money Calculator name, app, website, design and text belong to us. You may use them for your own counting, but not copy or sell them without our permission.

8. No guarantee

We provide the website and app "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we can't promise they will always be error-free or available. We may change or stop features at any time.

9. Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for losses caused by counting mistakes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website or app after a change, the new terms apply.
